    A new steel manufacturing unit is planned in Ludhiana, Punjab, featuring four 26 TPH induction furnaces, two 26 TPH ladle refining furnaces, a concast system, and a 65 TPH rolling mill. The plant will produce 5,46,000 TPA of billets/ingots and 5,40,000 TPA of structural steel. With an investment of ₹986.1 million, construction is scheduled from October 2026 to March 2028, pending environmental clearance.

    A new iron ore beneficiation and pelletization project is planned in Kendujhar, Odisha, including a 2 million TPA beneficiation plant, 1.2 million TPA pellet plant, sponge iron production, ferroalloy furnaces, and a 40 MW captive power plant. Additionally, MS billets and rolled products will be produced via induction furnaces, LRF, CCM, and rolling mills.     A new steel manufacturing facility is planned at MIDC Industrial Area, Umred, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The project will produce 600,000 TPA of pickled hot-rolled, cold-rolled hard, galvanized/aluzinc, and color-coated coils/sheets. Construction is scheduled from July 2026 to April 2028, with an estimated investment of Rs.9,500 million. As of January 2026, the proposal is under review by the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority for environmental clearance.
