The project will increase production from 108,000 TPA to 178,800 TPA, including ERW, CRM, and galvanized pipes, with installation of pickling and galvanizing facilities. The estimated investment is Rs.981.1 million. Construction is planned from April 2025 to March 2027, with environmental clearance under review.

The project includes DRI, blast furnace, pellet, sinter, coke oven, rolling mills, downstream steel products, and 246 MW captive power. The project is estimated at Rs. 350 million, with construction scheduled from February 2025 to February 2026. As of January 2026, the project has been submitted to the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority for environmental clearance.

    A sponge iron manufacturing expansion project is planned in Patharia, Mungeli, Chhattisgarh. The project includes increasing DRI kiln capacity, induction furnace and rolling mill output, WHRB and CFBC power plants, a coal gasifier, a new submerged electric arc furnace, and a briquetting plant. The total investment is Rs. 1,950 million, with construction from September 2026 to October 2027, pending environmental clearance.
