Clinker will be sourced from the company's integrated cement plants in Madhya Pradesh, with raw material and finished product transport planned via road/rail connectivity from the nearby Lalitpur Thermal Power Plant and railway network. The proposal is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for grant of Terms of Reference.

The project, spread over about 24.51 hectares near an existing thermal power plant for fly ash availability, is currently at the Terms of Reference stage before the environment ministry. Land acquisition is under process, with the facility expected to generate significant construction-phase and operational employment once developed.
