    A new industrial shed for fibre cement board manufacturing is proposed at Rachakpura village, Niwai tehsil, Tonk district in Rajasthan, spread over about 10.95 hectares of non-forest land. The proposal, valued at Rs. 1750 Million, is currently under environmental appraisal with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with an Expert Data System (EDS) query raised. The project is expected to generate around 50 permanent jobs during operations.

    A standalone cement grinding facility with 1.6 million tonnes per annum capacity and a 750 kVA diesel generator set is proposed at Prabhat Nagar village, Suratgarh tehsil, in Sri Ganganagar district, Rajasthan. The project, spread over about 24.51 hectares near an existing thermal power plant for fly ash availability, is currently at the Terms of Reference stage before the environment ministry. Land acquisition is under process, with the facility expected to generate significant construction-phase and operational employment once developed.

    A new 500 TPD standalone clinker grinding unit is being established in Behror, Rajasthan, to manufacture OPC, PPC, and PSC cement. Construction is scheduled for 2027–2029, and the project is currently seeking state environmental clearance as of April 2026.
