A greenfield standalone clinker grinding unit with 4.0 Million TPA cement production capacity is proposed at Village Udaipura, Tehsil Mahruni, District Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh, spread over 24.48 hectares of non-forest land. Clinker will be sourced from the company's integrated cement plants in Madhya Pradesh, with raw material and finished product transport planned via road/rail connectivity from the nearby Lalitpur Thermal Power Plant and railway network. The proposal is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for grant of Terms of Reference.
