    An additional manufacturing facility for glasswear products is being set up in Bharuch, Gujarat, involving an investment of Rs. 600 Million. The expansion will raise production capacity from 15 lakh units per annum to 108 lakh units per annum. The proposal was approved by the company's board at a meeting held on 22 September 2026.

    Notable company is setting up a new integrated cement manufacturing complex in Chhattisgarh comprising a 2.5 million TPA clinker unit and 3.5 million TPA cement grinding facility, backed by a 25 MW captive power plant, 16 MW waste heat recovery system, synthetic gypsum unit and DG sets. The Fresh ToR application is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with land acquisition for the 65-hectare greenfield site in progress.

The proposal is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for grant of Terms of Reference. Land acquisition (21.49 Ha non-forest agricultural land) is partially complete and construction is yet to commence.
