The project length is 117.078 km, estimated cost is Rs.7308 million, and contractor is Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt Ltd. MoRTH has laid foundation for the project.

    A new 8-lane expressway project is planned in multiple states by the National Highways Authority of India. The project involves constructing an 8-lane road connecting Kher Khunta village in Ratlam district, Madhya Pradesh to Dodka village in Vadodara district, Gujarat, with a length of 211.492 km approx. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.63450 million, and environment clearance for the project is underway as of July 2018. This is part of the Delhi Mumbai Expressway under Bharatmala Pariyojana.
