    Rs.21000 Million New Four-Lane Flyover Develoment Project in Chennai, Tamil Nadu

    Tamil Nadu From 5000 Million to 49999 Million

    A new four-lane flyover project is planned in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, spanning 14.2 km from Thiruvanmiyur to Uthandi. Estimated at Rs.21,000 million, it aims to cut travel time from about 60 minutes to 15–20 minutes. The structure, 16–20 metres wide with footpaths, will be built along the median. As of August 2025, international tenders have been floated.

    A new elevated corridor is planned between Sardar Patel Road and Velachery Main Road in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The project involves construction of the Guindy–Velachery flyover to improve traffic connectivity. The total estimated investment is Rs. 3,100 million. As of January 2026, the foundation stone for the project has been formally laid, marking the start of development activities.

    Rs.2042 Million New Bridge across Buckingham Canal in Chennai, Tamil Nadu

    Tamil Nadu From 1000 Million to 4999 Million

    A new bridge is planned across the Buckingham Canal in Neelankarai, Chennai, linking Rajiv Gandhi Salai with the ECR. The project is valued at ₹2,042 million, with construction scheduled from March 2026 to February 2027. As of November 2025, it has been submitted to the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority for environmental clearance.
