Estimated at Rs. 1860 million, awaiting environmental clearance as of April 2023, construction begins December 2024, aiming to enhance production capabilities subject to Ministry of Environment approval.

    A new hot rolled coils (HRC) strip manufacturing project is planned in Cuttack, Odisha. The project targets 1 million tons of HRC, costing Rs. 2500 crores. It's in the planning stage as of June 2022, with an industrial entrepreneurs' memorandum filed. Environment clearance is pending. Expansion of existing facilities and installations like a 215 MW CPP and a 1500 TPH Wagon Tippler are included. State pollution control authorities have granted consent as of May 2024.

    A new integrated steel plant is planned in Lahandbud, Jharsuguda, Odisha. The project includes manufacturing iron ore pellets, sponge iron, MS billets, and rolled steel with a total capacity of 400,000 MTPA. The estimated cost is Rs. 3,795.6 million. The project has been submitted for environmental clearance as of January 2023.

    A steel manufacturing unit in Siltara Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, is expanding its ingots and billets capacity from 18,000 to 45,000 metric tonnes per year by adding a 1x9-tonne induction furnace. The project also includes setting up a 6 MW WHRB-based power plant. As of July 2025, state pollution control authorities have granted consent to establish the project.
