The project includes increasing MS billet production from 330,000 MTPA to 653,400 MTPA and enhancing captive power capacity from 53 MW to 80.5 MW, along with other capacity upgrades to support growing industrial demand and production efficiency.

    A new manufacturing unit is planned in Sarora, Tilda, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, to produce 165,000 TPA of sponge iron, 262,500 TPA of MS billets, ferro alloys (2×15 MVA SAF), and a 75 MW captive power plant (15 MW WHRB and 60 MW FBC). Estimated at ₹4,476.2 million, construction is scheduled from April 2026 to October 2027. Environmental clearance is under review.

    A new integrated steel plant is planned in Dhauha, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, with facilities including sponge iron (231,000 TPA), steel melting shop (247,500 TPA), rolling mill (247,500 TPA), and a 35 MW power plant (20 MW from Waste Heat Recovery and 15 MW from FBC Boiler). The Rs. 5380 million project is set to begin construction in June 2026, with environmental clearance under examination as of July 2025.

    A new stainless steel billets manufacturing project is planned in Mohal Rampur Jattan, Kala Amb, Tehsil Nahan, Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh, with a production capacity of 6,600 metric tonnes per year. The project is estimated to cost Rs. 48.021 million. As of July 2025, it has received consent from the state pollution control authorities for establishment.
