    A greenfield metallurgical complex comprising a 3,00,000 TPA Special Steel Melting Shop & Rolling Mills, a 3,860 TPA Super Alloys Plant, a 500 TPA Titanium Alloys Powder Unit, and a 30,000 TPA Stainless Seamless Tube Manufacturing Plant is proposed at Villages Pali-II and Bhalelao, Tehsil Pali, Rajasthan. The project is currently under environmental appraisal with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with an EDS query raised on the fresh ToR application. Land acquisition (45.97 Ha, entirely non-forest, privately owned) has already been completed, though physical construction has not yet commenced.

The proposal has been accepted and referred to the Expert Appraisal Committee by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for further environmental appraisal. The project involves addition of new facilities and reconfiguration of existing EC-accorded units, with no fresh site examination required as it is a brownfield expansion.
