    A molasses-based distillery expansion project is planned in Talewadi, Maharashtra, aiming to increase capacity from 30 KLPD to 140 KLPD. This includes a 6.8 MW Co-generation power plant and an expanded sugarcane crushing capacity from 2500 TCD to 4850 TCD. The project, costing Rs. 1471.6 million, began construction in May 2023 and is expected to finish by May 2024. The Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change of India has provided essential details for clearance, as of February 2023.

    A new distillery unit is planned in Villages Takkalki and Jalageri, Karnataka. It will consist of a 200 KLPD distillery unit based on sugarcane juice/syrup, a 100 KLPD grain-based distillery for ethanol production, a 2500 TCD sugar unit, and a 7.5 MW co-generation unit. The project is estimated to cost Rs. 2480 million and has been submitted for environmental clearance. Construction begins in May 2023 and ends in April 2025
