    Chhattisgarh From 100 Million to 999 Million

    A new Multi-Sugar/Damaged Grain-based ethanol (MSDH) plant is proposed within an existing plant premise in Bemetara district, Chhattisgarh. The unit will use rectified spirit (RS) procured from external sources at 96-97% purity to produce RS-based ethanol at a capacity of 110 KLPD. Environmental Clearance has been granted and the project is now proceeding under prescribed environmental safeguards ahead of Consent to Operate.

    Chhattisgarh From 1000 Million to 4999 Million

    A ₹3,088 million grain-based distillery expansion project is underway in Dondekala, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, scaling capacity from 100 KLD to 300 KLD. It will produce bio-ethanol, ENA, or chemical derivatives (100 TPD), backed by an expanded 12 MW co-generation plant. Currently awaiting environmental clearance as of July 2026, construction is scheduled to span from December 2026 to February 2027.

    A grain-based ethanol plant is being developed in Bhilai, Arang, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, starting with 210 KLD capacity and a 5 MW captive power plant with ZLD technology. Planned expansions will increase ethanol production to 600 KLD, cogeneration power up to 12–15 MW, and include a 10 KLPD malt spirit unit. Total investment is Rs. 2,500 million, with construction from October 2026 to July 2027 and pending environmental clearance.

    A solvent and esters manufacturing project of 16,800 TPA capacity is planned in Village Khapri, Kumhari, District Durg, Chhattisgarh, with an estimated investment of Rs. 141 million. Construction is scheduled from August 2023 to July 2024. The proposal was submitted in March 2023 and work will commence after receiving environmental clearance and pollution control board consent.
