Project summary
A new distillery unit is planned in Villages Takkalki and Jalageri, Karnataka. It will consist of a 200 KLPD distillery unit based on sugarcane juice/syrup, a 100 KLPD grain-based distillery for ethanol production, a 2500 TCD sugar unit, and a 7.5 MW co-generation unit. The project is estimated to cost Rs. 2480 million and has been submitted for environmental clearance. Construction begins in May 2023 and ends in April 2025
