The project aims to produce 180 KLD of rectified spirit/ENA/GNS/total spirit and generate 6 MW of power. Construction is scheduled to commence in September 2023, concluding by January 2024. As of September 2023, the project has been submitted to the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority for environmental clearance.

The project includes a distillery with a capacity of 160 KLD and a 7 MW Co-Generation Power Plant. The estimated cost is Rs. 2000 million. Environment clearance for the project began in April 2021. Expansion of an existing Sugar unit from 5000 TCD to 10000 TCD and co-gen power capacity from 8.0 MW to 15.0 MW is also part of the project.
