    Dyes & Dye Intermediates Manufacturing Project in Udaipur, Rajasthan

    Rajasthan Less than 100 Million

    A new chemical manufacturing unit is proposed to produce dyes and dye intermediates such as Sulpho Ortho Aniline Vinyl Sulphone, Sulpho Tobias Acid and related sulphonic acid derivatives, with a capacity of 41 tonnes/month (492 TPA), catering to textile dye, digital textile printing and textile auxiliary industries. The proposal has received Standard ToR from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and is currently at the pre-construction, environmental appraisal stage, with consent to establish yet to be applied for. The unit is planned on 0.2175 Ha of privately owned industrial land, with construction expected to generate about 2,160 man-days of employment and 12 permanent jobs during operations.

The project is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for fresh environmental clearance under Category B2. Once operational, it is expected to generate around 250 permanent jobs.

    Rs.4650 Million Hospital and Medical College Development Project in Jodhpur, Rajasthan

    A new medical college and hospital complex spanning over 1,40,985 sqmt of built-up area is proposed on a 3.56-hectare non-forest plot in Jodhpur district. The project, promoted by a charitable educational trust, is currently before the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for fresh Environmental Clearance under Category B2, with land already acquired and consent under Air & Water Act to be obtained before construction begins. Once operational, the facility is expected to generate over 1,200 permanent jobs.

    A 200 MW ground-mounted solar HSAT (Horizontal Single Axis Tracker) 33 kV power project is being developed at Bikaner, Rajasthan. The EPC scope covers design, supply, testing and commissioning, and is expected to be executed within 12 months of the order date. The order, valued at approximately ₹116 crore excluding taxes, was placed on 17 August 2026.

    A new industrial area is proposed over 216.93 hectares at Rajukhera village, Tehsil Ramganj Mandi, Kota district, Rajasthan, featuring serviced industrial plots with internal roads, water supply, power distribution, storm water drainage, street lighting and greenbelt. The proposal is currently under examination at the Terms of Reference stage with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with construction yet to commence. The project is expected to generate significant direct employment during both construction and operational phases.
