    A 300 MW assured peak power project combining solar generation with 1,350 MWh of battery energy storage is being developed in Rajasthan. Grid connectivity is already operational, with the pooling substation and dedicated transmission line in advanced stages of completion and land largely secured. The project has a 25-year power purchase agreement with SECI at Rs. 6.28/unit and is progressing toward construction.

    The Company board has approved a Rs.700 crore greenfield plant at Salarpur, Rajasthan, to produce 50,000 km per year of cables and 40,000 TPA of galvanized iron wire. The plant, funded through internal accruals, is expected to become operational in phases by September 2028. Capex for the project will continue through FY27 and FY28.
