    A Company is expanding its existing synthetic organic chemicals plant at Roha MIDC, Raigad district, Maharashtra, raising manufacturing capacity from 3,694.62 MT/month to 5,505.93 MT/month through addition of new products, deletion of some existing products, and enhancement of production capacities within the same product category. The ₹145 crore project (₹92.25 crore existing + ₹52.75 crore proposed expansion) has been accepted and referred to the Expert Appraisal Committee for further review. No new land is being acquired, and no forest land is involved.

    A new manufacturing facility for a wide range of synthetic organic chemicals — including peroxides, hydroperoxides, ketone peroxides, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid and acid chlorides — is proposed on 0.405 Ha at MIDC Lote Parshuram industrial area in Ratnagiri district, Maharashtra. The proposal is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for fresh Environmental Clearance, with construction yet to commence. Expected to generate 35 permanent jobs during operations.

    A new aluminium scrap melting, billet casting and extrusion manufacturing facility is proposed on a 5.2-hectare plot (built-up area of about 33,213 sq m) along Gangapur-Lasur Road near Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra. The project, currently under verification for Environmental Clearance with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, is expected to generate about 700 permanent jobs during operations. Construction has not yet commenced as the proposal awaits environmental appraisal.

    A new six-lane greenfield expressway spanning 38.55 km (including one spur) is proposed between Bidkin DMIC and Dhoregaon to enable high-speed, uninterrupted industrial, commercial and passenger traffic. The project is currently under environmental examination for Terms of Reference with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with construction yet to commence. Land acquisition covering ~247.56 hectares of non-forest land is underway, with rehabilitation and resettlement activities yet to start.
