The project is at an early Terms of Reference stage with land acquisition and baseline environmental data collection yet to be completed.

    A new greenfield facility for manufacturing synthetic organic chemicals — including camphor, terpineol, isoborneol, dihydromyrcenol and related terpene derivatives — is proposed on a 1.63-hectare plot at Jamghar, Palghar district, Maharashtra, with total installed capacity of 16,476 TPA. The proposal is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for fresh Environmental Clearance, with consent to operate from the State Pollution Control Board already obtained. The project is expected to generate about 84 permanent jobs once operational.

    A new hotel project offering combined 4-star and 5-star accommodation is proposed for development at Thane, Maharashtra, with a total cost of about ₹700 crore. The proposal, filed as a Fresh EC application under Category B2, is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. It envisages a built-up area of roughly 64,386 sq. m on a 7,825 sq. m plot within the TTC MIDC industrial area, expected to generate around 1,494 permanent jobs during operations.
