    A new Semiconductor and Electronics Manufacturing Park is planned at Maduramangalam in Kancheepuram district with an investment of Rs 175 crore, featuring R&D facilities to support companies setting up semiconductor manufacturing units. The park is expected to attract further investments of up to Rs 2,000 crore in the semiconductor sector and generate around 5,000 direct and indirect jobs. The project was announced in the Tamil Nadu Assembly and is currently at the announcement stage.

    A ₹157.55 crore EPC contract has been awarded for building a 2-lane unidirectional flyover at NFCL Junction and a 2-lane unidirectional underpass along with a 3-lane unidirectional flyover at TV9 Junction in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The project has been awarded via a Letter of Acceptance and is to be executed on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction basis. Construction is slated to be completed within a period of 24 months from commencement.

    A new 123.08-hectare industrial estate is proposed at Village Bhojyara, Tehsil Chaksu, Jaipur district, Rajasthan, on non-forest land already allotted to the state industrial development corporation. The project has applied for Terms of Reference and is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with baseline environmental data collection yet to commence.

    Edapally Automated MLCP Project in Ernakulam, Kerala

    A second automated multi-level car parking (MLCP) facility with capacity for 100 cars is set to come up near Edapally Metro station, sharing space with an upcoming hotel development. Construction is scheduled to begin next month, with the facility expected to replicate the robotic parking system used at the operator's first automated MLCP at Vadakkekotta Metro station. The facility will remain open from 30 minutes before the first train until an hour after the last, with parking rates kept on par with existing metro station lots.
