The investment proposal was submitted in March 2025 and received approval from the State Investment Promotion Board by July 2025.

    A new 105 KLPD molasses/sugarcane syrup-based distillery project is planned in Maulinagar, Belkund, Taluka Ausa, Latur, Maharashtra, with an estimated cost of Rs. 570 million. Construction is scheduled from January 2026 to January 2027. As of July 2025, the project is under review by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for environmental clearance.

    A new grain-based distillery plant is planned in Ahmadnagar, Maharashtra, with a capacity of 207 KLPD for producing RS, ENA, ethanol, and other spirits, along with an IMFL bottling plant and a 6 MW co-generation power plant. The estimated cost is Rs. 2,340 million, with construction set to begin in November 2025. Environmental clearance is pending as of July 2025.

With an estimated cost of ₹2,298.2 million, construction is planned from June 2025 to November 2026. As of December 2024, the project is under environmental clearance review by the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority.

The expansion includes using B-heavy molasses and cane juice/syrup to increase production capacity from 60 KLPD to 85–90 KLPD, with an investment of Rs. 1,006 million. As of July 2025, the project is under environmental clearance review.
