    A major developer plans an integrated cement complex in Choto Lokhindong, Umrangso, Assam, investing ₹71,000 million. It will include 8.0 MTPA clinker, 3.0 MTPA cement, a 42 MW waste-heat system, and a 50 MW power plant, built in phases from April 2026–April 2028.
