    Meghalaya From 1000 Million to 4999 Million

    An airport expansion project is planned in Umsning and Mylliem, Meghalaya, involving runway extension to 2400m, apron expansion for five Code-C aircraft, strengthening of existing facilities, and a 5,550 sqm terminal extension to handle 1,620 peak-hour passengers. With a budget of Rs. 4,886.7 million, construction will begin in October 2025 and end by October 2027, pending environmental clearance.
