The Andhra Pradesh government has allotted and handed over 70 acres of land to Patanjali Ayurved Limited in Chinnarapalli village, Kothavalasa mandal, Vizianagaram district, for setting up a Food and Herbal Park. The project involves an investment of ₹370 crore.

The facility is intended to process agricultural and herbal produce, supporting the region's food and herbal-based industrial development. The project is linked to Patanjali Ayurved's broader food processing expansion, which includes similar parks in other states alongside its existing facility in Haridwar.

The Vizianagaram site has been the subject of an earlier, larger land allocation of 172.84 acres for a similarly themed food and Ayurvedic products park at the same location, with the current 70-acre handover representing the latest phase of land transfer for the project.
