A sugar plant expansion project is planned in Muttalagiri and Badami villages, Bagalkote, Karnataka. The project will increase sugar production from 5,000 TCD to 15,000 TCD and expand the co-generation power plant from 20 MW to 50 MW. Estimated at Rs. 1,750 million, construction is scheduled from August 2026 to July 2027. Environmental clearance has been submitted to the State Level Authority.
