Project summary
Expansion of a grain-based ethanol distillery from 600 KLD to 1200 KLD (1000 KLD ethanol and 200 KLD ENA/RS), along with a co-generation power plant expansion from 15 MW to 28 MW, at the AIDCL Sipajhar Industrial Plot in Darrang district, Assam. Standard ToR has been granted by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for the expansion, while the existing 600 KLD unit is already operational under a valid Environmental Clearance and Consent to Operate. Physical expansion work is yet to commence at site.
