    A new multipurpose project in Arunachal Pradesh involves constructing a 278-meter-high Concrete Gravity dam, 798 meters long, along with head race tunnels and an underground powerhouse featuring 12 units of 240 MW each. With an estimated cost of Rs. 318,763.9 million, construction began in February 2023 and is expected to complete by February 2032, enhancing regional power generation and infrastructure.
