Estimated at ₹12,201.1 million, construction runs from October 2025 to October 2027, pending environmental clearance from MoEF&CC.

    A new manufacturing unit is planned in Sarora, Tilda, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, to produce 165,000 TPA of sponge iron, 262,500 TPA of MS billets, ferro alloys (2×15 MVA SAF), and a 75 MW captive power plant (15 MW WHRB and 60 MW FBC). Estimated at ₹4,476.2 million, construction is scheduled from April 2026 to October 2027. Environmental clearance is under review.

    An integrated steel plant in Borjhara, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, plans extensive expansions including Sponge Iron, Captive Power, Steel Melting Shop, Rolling Mill, Titanium Slag, Pig Iron, Iron Ore and Coal Washery, Ferro Alloys, and Pellet Plant. Estimated at Rs. 1860 million, awaiting environmental clearance as of April 2023, construction begins December 2024, aiming to enhance production capabilities subject to Ministry of Environment approval.
