The ₹145 crore project (₹92.25 crore existing + ₹52.75 crore proposed expansion) has been accepted and referred to the Expert Appraisal Committee for further review. No new land is being acquired, and no forest land is involved.

The expansion involves a capital investment of Rs. 84.59 Crores, adding to the existing investment of Rs. 29.59 Crores, taking the total to Rs. 84.59 Crores. The unit manufactures automotive, industrial and specialty lubricant additives via a blending and mixing process.
