The project includes capacities of 4,000,000 Nos/Month for capsules, 20,160,000 Nos/Month for tablets, and 200,000 Nos/Month for injectables. As of January 2024, the company obtained consent from state pollution control authorities for project establishment.

    A new Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and intermediates manufacturing facility with a combined capacity of 9.2 TPA is proposed at Plot No. A11, SIPCOT Industrial Park - Multisector SEZ, Mukundarayapuram Village, Ranipet District, Tamil Nadu. The proposal is currently under examination for Terms of Reference by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with physical construction yet to begin. The unit is designed to manufacture specialty pharmaceutical intermediates such as Pentosan Polysulphate Sodium, Calcium Folinate, Sodium Levo Folinate and 5-Fluoro Uracil.

    A new Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients manufacturing project is proposed at the SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. The facility will produce 2,050 TPA of pharmaceutical intermediates and 450 TPA of amino compounds. With an investment of Rs 80 million, construction is planned from November 2026 to March 2027, pending environmental clearance review by the national regulatory authority currently.

The facility will produce bulk drugs and intermediates with a capacity of 8,760 TPA. The project cost is Rs. 1,350 million. Construction is scheduled from May 2026 to February 2028, with environmental clearance under review by the state authority as of February.
