As of February 2026, the project has received the Notice to Proceed and is being executed through the EPC route to enhance regional rail connectivity.

    A steel manufacturer is planning to expand its alloy and stainless steel rolled-long products capacity across India. The phased project aims to increase annual output from 18,000 TPA to 80,000 TPA during FY26–FY30, with an estimated investment of Rs.450.8 million. As of February 2026, MoUs have been signed with the Ministry of Steel under the PLI Scheme 1.2.

Construction began in March 2025 and is scheduled to finish by March 2027.

    A new railway infrastructure project is underway across Karnataka and Telangana, involving construction of the 3rd and 4th lines between Secunderabad (Sanathnagar) and Wadi over 173 km. The project costs Rs. 50,124.9 million. Construction began in September 2025 and is scheduled for completion by March 2031.

The project includes 100 ROB/RUBs, 22 major bridges, and 290 minor bridges. The estimated investment is Rs. 31,685.8 million. Construction is scheduled from April 2026 to September 2028. As of January 2026, DPR and feasibility studies are underway through the EPC route.
