    A new 204.799 km Access Controlled Super Communication Expressway (Package-3) is proposed connecting Nagpur and Chandrapur, running from Seldoh interchange on the Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg to Ghugus interchange near Chandrapur, passing through Nagpur, Wardha, Chandrapur, Yavatmal and Gadchiroli districts. The Rs. 116953.1 Million project is currently at Terms of Reference stage under Category A of the EIA Notification 2006, with the proposal accepted and referred to the State Expert Appraisal Committee, and forest/NBWL clearance applications to follow post grant of ToR.

The contract, valued at Rs. 1899.9 Million excluding GST, was awarded on September 7, 2026. The project is scheduled to be executed by March 31, 2027.

    A large greenfield integrated automobile and tractor manufacturing facility is being developed across 1,500 acres at Additional Butibori, Nagpur, complemented by a 150-acre supplier park at Sambhajinagar. Once operational, the facility will have an annual capacity of over 5 lakh vehicles and 1 lakh tractors, making it the company's largest integrated manufacturing plant in India. The company is currently taking possession of the first 800-acre package of land, with the project having been announced earlier this year.

The facility will house an incinerator, autoclave and shredder with a combined waste-handling capacity of 3102.5 TPA. The proposal is currently under examination for grant of Terms of Reference/Environmental Clearance by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

    An integrated steel plant is being expanded and modernized through capacity enhancement of the blast furnace, sinter plant, coke oven plant and captive power plant, along with addition of a new 2300 Cum blast furnace, 220 Sqm sinter plant, 0.2 MTPA coke oven plant, 2.0 MTPA ground granulated blast furnace slag plant and a 1500 TPD oxygen (air separation) plant. The proposal is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for Terms of Reference, with construction yet to commence.
