    A new hygiene products manufacturing facility is planned at Pithampur in Dhar district, Madhya Pradesh, adding annual capacity of 1,464 million baby diapers, 252 million adult diapers and 192 million sanitary napkins. Rs 159.65 crore has already been deployed, with the balance to be funded via IPO proceeds, external debt and internal accruals. The plant will manufacture pant- and tape-style diapers across multiple sizes, supporting the company's growth and export ambitions.

    A new integrated municipal solid waste management complex is proposed comprising a 120 TPD Material Recovery Facility-cum-RDF plant and a Compressed Bio-Gas plant processing 150 TPD of biodegradable waste, along with a regional sanitary landfill designed for 82,024 cubic metres of inert waste and process rejects. The facility will serve a cluster approach covering Ratlam, Jaora, Namli, Piploda, Dhamnod and Sailana Urban Local Bodies.

The proposal is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for grant of Terms of Reference. Land acquisition (21.49 Ha non-forest agricultural land) is partially complete and construction is yet to commence.

    A new hotel project involving development of the Genex Lakeview Residency Hotel through a Right to Use cum Concession Agreement (CA) executed between Madhya Pradesh Hotel Corporation Limited (MPHCL) and Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation (MPSTDC). The project involves construction of a 49,080 sq.m built-up area hotel on a plot of 28,969.96 sq.m in Bhopal. The proposal is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
