    A new compressed bio gas manufacturing unit is planned in Kot Bhalwal, Jammu North, Jammu and Kashmir. The project will produce 5.182 TPD of compressed bio gas, along with captured CO2, solid organic manure, city compost, and residue-derived fuel. With an investment of Rs. 540 million, it has received state pollution control approval as of February 2025.

    Renewable Energy company is planning to take up a new waste to energy power project at Achan village in Pulwama Block in Pulwama District of Jammu & Kashmir. The project is estimated to cost Rs.1200 million. The company has awarded the contract to a consortium led by the Kashmir-based Highland Automobiles to developed on Design, Finance, Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (DFBOOT) Mode.
