The project involves construction of a 49,080 sq.m built-up area hotel on a plot of 28,969.96 sq.m in Bhopal. The proposal is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

    A regional common sanitary landfill facility is proposed at Village Kotma, Tehsil Sohagpur, Shahdol district, to serve the Shahdol cluster of urban local bodies (Shahdol, Khand, Beohari, Jaishinghnagar). The facility, spread over 4.5 hectares with a dedicated 1.125-hectare landfill area, is designed to handle inert solid waste up to the year 2042. The proposal is currently under environmental review with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with construction yet to commence.

    Rs.739 Million New Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Processing Facility in Madhya Pradesh

    Madhya Pradesh From 100 Million to 999 Million

    A new integrated municipal solid waste management facility is proposed for Ratlam and neighboring urban local bodies (Jaora, Namli, Piploda, Dhamnod, Sailana), comprising a 120 TPD MRF-cum-RDF plant, a Compressed Bio-Gas plant processing 150 TPD of biodegradable waste, and a sanitary landfill designed for 82,024 m³ capacity. The project is at fresh Terms of Reference stage with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with a total cost of about ₹73.97 crore and land requirement of 9.39 hectares. An environmental data scrutiny (EDS) query has been raised, with baseline data collection already completed.

    A regional sanitary landfill and common municipal solid waste management facility (CMSWMF) is proposed at Khasra No. 8/1, Village Sakatpur, Tehsil and District Guna, to serve Guna town and its cluster urban local bodies. The facility, with a waste handling capacity of 12,264 TPA and inert material disposal capacity of 33.6 TPD, is currently under examination for Terms of Reference at the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. The project, spread over 10 hectares of government-owned non-forest land, is expected to generate about 25 permanent and 10,000 temporary man-days of employment during construction.

    A regional common sanitary landfill facility covering 6.28 hectares is planned at Gram Jamuna, Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh, to serve six Urban Local Bodies. Budgeted at Rs. 21.8 million, the site incorporates waste treatment infrastructure with a 102,252-tonne landfill capacity. Pending environmental clearance essential details requested in July 2026, construction work is scheduled from March 2027 to February 2028.
