The proposal is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change as a fresh Environmental Clearance application, with construction yet to commence. Once operational, the facility is expected to generate around 1,350 permanent jobs.

    A proposed Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facility (CBMWTF) is planned on a 0.405 Ha (4,050 sq. m) site at Village Didoli/Didhauli, Pargana Jalalabad, Tehsil Modinagar, Ghaziabad district, Uttar Pradesh. The facility will feature an incinerator (250 kg/hr), autoclave (300 litres/batch), shredder (300 kg/hr) and a 5 KLD Effluent Treatment Plant, designed to collect and treat bio-medical waste from healthcare units within a 75 km radius.

    A new greenfield 400-bedded hospital and allied facilities is proposed at T-2 Pocket, Ganga Nagar, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, spread over a land area of about 10.3 hectares with a total built-up area of over 1,07,000 sqm. The proposal is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for Terms of Reference/Environmental Clearance as a Category B2 project. Construction is yet to commence, with expected permanent employment of about 400 persons during operations.
