A new power transmission project is planned across Davanagere, Tumakuru, Ballari, and Dharwad in Karnataka to integrate renewable energy zones in Chitradurga and Bellary. Estimated at Rs. 34,530 million, construction is set to begin in March 2025 and conclude by September 2027. As of June 2025, the project is at the “Notice to Proceed” stage and follows the EPC route.
