Project summary
A monumental Rs. 76,740 million metallurgical complex expansion is planned in Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The project scales zinc smelting to 300,000 TPA, lead smelting to 375,000 TPA, and upgrades the captive power plant from 170 MW to 198 MW. Construction will run from March 2027 to March 2029. The expansion proposal currently awaits statutory environmental clearance from the regional SEIAA.
