Project summary
A cement plant expansion is planned in Jorapokhar, Chaibasa, Jharkhand, increasing capacity from 1.2 MTPA to 7.2 MTPA with two new 3.0 MTPA lines, retaining a clinker capacity of 1.2 MTPA and a 20 MW power plant. Estimated at ₹14,000 million, construction is set for July 2025 to January 2027. Environmental clearance is currently under review.
