Covering 111.030 hectares at M/s Sojitz Motherson Industrial Park, the Rs. 18,000 million project will start construction in September 2024 and finish by March 2026. As of July 2024, it is awaiting environmental clearance from the State Level Authority.

It will include jewellery units, workshops, 3D printing, laser cutting, quality testing, security vault, exhibition and conference halls, training center, and monitoring facilities. The estimated cost is Rs.1260 million, with pre-project activities ongoing as of May 2025.

    A new industrial park is being developed in Govindamedu, Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, with a built-up area of 106,979.34 sq.m. The project, estimated at Rs. 1,589.7 million, began construction in June 2024 and is expected to be completed by May 2028. As of May 2025, it has been submitted for environmental clearance to the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority.

Construction is scheduled from July 2025 to December 2026. As of May 2025, the project is under review by the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority for environmental clearance.

    A standalone grinding unit in Chitteri Village, Nemili Taluk, Ranipet, Tamil Nadu is set to expand its cement production capacity from 2.3 MTPA to 6.0 MTPA through process optimization and installation of a new cement mill. The Rs. 3,550 million project is scheduled to begin construction in January 2026 and conclude by June 2027, pending environmental clearance.
