The proposal has been granted Standard ToR by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and is currently at the pre-construction, baseline-data-collection stage, with consent to establish and EIA consultant engagement yet to be finalized.

The project, costing Rs. 33.5 million, is set to begin construction in April 2025 and finish by September 2025. Environmental clearance is currently under review by the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change.
