The expansion will boost production from 100 TPD to 150 TPD while adding two 150 TPD kilns for sponge iron production, along with a 7 MW captive power plant. Additionally, a 5 MVA arc furnace will be installed for ferro alloy production. The estimated project cost is Rs. 1150 million, with construction scheduled from January 2025 to January 2026. As of October 2023, the project is awaiting environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change of India.
