Power generation will rise to 34.5 MW. As of May 2025, the project has received establishment consent from the state pollution control authorities.
A new greenfield industrial project is planned in Shivpuri, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, featuring sponge iron production, induction furnaces, rolling and strip mills, ferro alloy units, briquetting, power plants, and a brick manufacturing unit across 46.337 hectares. As of May 2025, the project has received establishment consent from the state pollution control authorities.
A new project has been approved in Sarda, Tehsil Berla, Bemetara, Chhattisgarh, involving the reconfiguration of sponge iron kilns to achieve a production capacity of 1,98,000 tonnes per annum. It also includes upgrading a waste heat recovery-based power plant to a total capacity of 15 MW. State pollution control authorities granted clearance in April 2025.
A major steel manufacturing project is set to begin in Chhapora, Tilda, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. It will include Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) kilns, an induction furnace with LRF and CCM, submerged electric arc furnaces, and power generation plants. The project also features a brick manufacturing unit. The estimated investment is Rs. 2,535.6 million, with construction scheduled from December 2024 to March 2026. Environmental clearance is under review as of April 2025.
