    A new specialty synthetic organic chemicals manufacturing facility is proposed on about 0.28 hectares at Indrad village, Kadi taluka, Mahesana district, Gujarat, with a total capacity of around 195 TPA covering multiple specialty chemical product lines. The project has been granted Standard ToR by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and is currently at the pre-construction environmental clearance stage. The unit is expected to generate around 360 days of construction-phase employment and 300 days of employment during operations.

    A new synthetic organic chemicals manufacturing plant is planned for development in Dholka, Ahmedabad district, Gujarat. Spanning Survey No. 86 in Simej village, the Rs. 300 million chemical facility filed for statutory environmental clearance in July 2026. Civil construction and plant assembly are scheduled for an accelerated execution window between March 2027 and June 2027.

    A chemical expansion project at Phase I, GIDC Estate in Vatva, Ahmedabad, will increase dyes and dye intermediates manufacturing capacity from 170 TPM to 320 TPM. Budgeted at Rs. 110 million, construction on the facility is slated to run from October 2026 to March 2027. The project is currently undergoing state-level environmental clearance reviews.
