The project, estimated to cost Rs. 1,200 million, is scheduled to become operational between April and June 2026. As of May 2025, a strategic agreement has been signed with a global partner to establish the facility.

    A new greenfield rubber chemicals manufacturing project is planned in Dahej, Vagra, Bharuch, Gujarat, with a production capacity of 195,996 TPA. The project, estimated to cost Rs. 160 million, is scheduled to begin construction in June 2025 and conclude by December 2025. As of April 2025, it has been submitted for environmental clearance to the State Authority.

    An expansion project is planned in Phase III, GIDC Estate, Vapi, Valsad, Gujarat, to increase production of organic red, yellow, and orange pigments to 1800 TPA and pigment paste dispersion to 3600 TPA. With an estimated cost of ₹99.8 million, construction is set from November 2025 to March 2026. Environmental clearance is currently under review by the Ministry.

    An expansion project is planned in Vapi, Gujarat, to increase the production capacity of Organic Azo and Red/Yellow/Orange Pigments from 1,200 TPA to 1,800 TPA, and add Pigment Paste Dispersions at 600 TPA. With an investment of Rs. 99.8 million, construction is scheduled from December 2025 to April 2026. Environmental clearance is currently under review as of April 2025.

The Rs. 120 million project will focus on fine chemicals, pesticide technical products, and intermediates. As of April 2025, it is under review by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for environmental clearance.
