Estimated at ₹40.566 million, the facility will produce automotive shafts, clutches, gears, and fasteners. As of October 2026, the project has received environmental consent to establish from state authorities.

    Rs.244849 Million Pellet Plant and Thickening Filtration Unit Expansion Project in Gadchiroli, Maharashtra

    Expand its existing integrated metallurgical complex at Konsari, Gadchiroli, raising Thickening & Filtration Unit capacity from 10 to 10.6 MTPA and Pellet Plant capacity from 2x4 to 2x4.8 MTPA (a 20% increase), alongside existing 92,400 TPA DRI, 5 MW WHRB, 4.5 MTPA ISP and 483 MW (488 MW total) captive power facilities. The proposal is currently under scrutiny with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for Environmental Clearance, with no construction or expansion activity undertaken as yet. Total project cost (existing plus proposed expansion) is pegged at Rs. 244849 Million, with the expansion component itself valued at about Rs. 149 Million.

The facility will have a built-up area of 75,211 sq.m comprising a fabrication yard, admin block and labour colony. The proposal is currently under review by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for Environmental Clearance.

    An operating secondary steel plant producing MS Ingots/Billets is being expanded to raise annual production capacity to 0.12 MTPA (108,000 TPA) from the current 0.06 MTPA level. The unit, which already holds a valid Consent for Operation, has applied for fresh Environmental Clearance for the enhanced capacity and is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

    A new stainless-steel bottle manufacturing facility is proposed on 1.7 hectares of non-forest land within the SIDCUL industrial area at Roshanabad, Haridwar. The unit, with a planned capacity of 400 tonnes per annum of SS bottles, is currently under verification with the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority. Construction is yet to commence, pending environmental clearance.
