    A new 204.799 km Access Controlled Super Communication Expressway (Package-3) is proposed connecting Nagpur and Chandrapur, running from Seldoh interchange on the Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg to Ghugus interchange near Chandrapur, passing through Nagpur, Wardha, Chandrapur, Yavatmal and Gadchiroli districts. The Rs. 116953.1 Million project is currently at Terms of Reference stage under Category A of the EIA Notification 2006, with the proposal accepted and referred to the State Expert Appraisal Committee, and forest/NBWL clearance applications to follow post grant of ToR.

    A logistics warehousing facility is being expanded on a 20.79-hectare plot with a total built-up area of nearly 97,823 sq.m at Gonde Dumala Growth Center, Igatpuri taluka, Nashik. The ₹206.51 crore proposal is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for environmental clearance.

    Rs.12822 Million Construction of Six Lane Green Field Highway in Maharashtra

    Maharashtra From 5000 Million to 49999 Million

    A 34.715 km six-lane greenfield state highway/expressway is proposed between Shendra DMIC and Bidkin, passing through 22 villages across Aurangabad and Paithan talukas of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district. The project requires about 221.25 hectares of land (including ~4.42 ha of forest land) and is expected to generate over 11 lakh man-days of temporary employment during construction. The proposal is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for grant of Terms of Reference.

    A new six-lane greenfield expressway spanning 38.55 km (including one spur) is proposed between Bidkin DMIC and Dhoregaon to enable high-speed, uninterrupted industrial, commercial and passenger traffic. The project is currently under environmental examination for Terms of Reference with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with construction yet to commence. Land acquisition covering ~247.56 hectares of non-forest land is underway, with rehabilitation and resettlement activities yet to start.

    A mega greenfield shipbuilding and ship-repair cluster has received in-principle approval at Dighi in Maharashtra, spread across approximately 2,000 acres with a planned capacity of 2 million Gross Tonnage. The project, estimated at around ₹27,500 crore, will include large shipyards, ancillary industries and common infrastructure, with a Detailed Project Report currently being prepared.
