    Punjab From 100 Million to 999 Million

    A Greenfield Fertilizer Manufacturing Unit is planned in VPO Nakte, Bhawanigarh, Sangrur, Punjab. The project includes production of SSP powder (198,000 TPA), GSSP, Sulphuric Acid (36,000 TPA), and Granular NPK Fertilizers (18,000 TPA), with a 0.9 MW waste heat recovery Turbo Generator. Estimated at Rs. 250 million, construction begins in May 2025, aiming for completion by April 2026. Environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change of India is pending as of June 2024.

Initially costing Rs. 60 million, the project has expanded to include nano fertilizers and various formulations with an additional Rs. 48 million investment. As of May 2024, it has received consent from state pollution control authorities to proceed.

    A major fertilizer plant expansion is underway, focusing on manufacturing Nano Urea. The project, costing Rs. 2570 million, targets a daily production of 75 KL of Nano Urea (liquid). Construction is set to begin in March 2024, concluding by March 2025. As of January 2024, the project is awaiting clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change.

The project also includes a Natural draft Urea Prilling Tower with 1800 MTPD capacity. The project costs Rs.2623.4 million and is awaiting environmental clearance as of January 2018.
