    A steel company plans to expand its ferro alloy plant in Chhattisgarh from 0.03 MTPA to an integrated steel plant producing 0.224 MTPA of crude steel. The project, costing Rs. 7,850 million, is scheduled for construction from September 2026 to September 2031. As of October 2025, it has received environmental clearance from India’s Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

    A new Greenfield industrial plant is planned in Manjhiladih, Giridih, Jharkhand, to produce 123,000 TPA Ferro Alloy, 154,000 TPA Pig Iron, or 31,000 TPA Metallurgical Grade Silicon Metal. The facility will include a 6 MW captive power plant, a 20 TPH jigging plant, and a 240,000 TPA fly ash brick unit. Construction (Rs. 5,500 million) runs July 2025–Dec 2027; environmental clearance is under review.

As of July 2025, the proposal has been submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and is currently under environmental clearance review.
