    Expansion of an existing scrap-melting and ferro alloys unit in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, to add 10,200 TPA LC/MC Ferro Alloys production via ATP process and 600 TPA Vanadium Pentoxide via beneficiation, alongside enhanced cored wire, mineral ore briquette and aluminium wire capacity. The Rs. 344.9 Million proposal is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for grant of Environmental Clearance.

The project is sited on 2.78 Ha of non-forest land at Tatiguda village, Garividi, Vizianagaram district.

    A metallurgical expansion project in Hingna, Nagpur, Maharashtra, has received environmental clearance as of June 2026. The Rs. 121.5 million initiative introduces a 15,000 TPA induction furnace/wire drawing facility and a 10,000 TPA thermite process line for various ferroalloys and aluminum products. Construction is scheduled to run from March 2027 to February 2028.

Using a 60 Metric Tonnes/Day jigging unit and dual high-capacity jaw-and-cone crushing circuits, the facility localizes extraction from ferroalloy slag. The project secured state pollution control board clearances to commence on-site works.

    Madhya Pradesh From 100 Million to 999 Million

    A greenfield industrial facility is planned for Seoni, Madhya Pradesh, featuring 2 x 6 MVA Submerged Arc Furnaces to manufacture diverse ferroalloys (up to 28,200 TPA) and specialized manganese oxides. The Rs. 800 million venture entered the regulatory stage in May 2026 via a SEIAA environmental clearance submission. Plant construction will run from February 2027 through December 2027.
